Announcing the 2024 Awards
The five stages to the awards
1. The categories will be announced in late August '24 through an online promotional video about the awards, its sponsors and its categories. Entries will open at the same time.
2. The awards will be further promoted with a Gillingham focused business seminar at lunchtime on Thursday, 10th October '24. We will have a range of speakers covering areas from cyber security through to growing your business and business funding.
3. Entries close at 5pm on Thursday 12th December '24.
4. The awards ceremony is at lunchtime on Thursday, 16th January '25
5. This will be followed with a souvenir booklet of the awards with photos of all the winners and the sponsors, with copies supplied to all sponsors and winners to distribute.

THE JUDGING PROCESS
Gillingham Business Awards Judges
The Gillingham Business Awards are judged by a group of independent judges. The process is entirely online and the judges do not know who the other judges are. They receive a brief and a copy of the entries and nominations plus a voting spreadsheet. They vote in each category for their first choice, second and so on. They return the spreadsheet which is fed into the master sheet which tells us who are the winners.
